Our leggings are stored and shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas.



DOMESTIC US SHIPPING


We offer Standard US Shipping via UPS which usually takes 3 to 5 days for delivery. The final stretch of delivery is carried out by your local USPS, so keep in mind there may be delays due to your local post office. Orders are generally shipped out the day after the order was placed. Please keep that in mind when choosing the Overnight Shipping option. The warehouse does not work on Sundays, so if your order was made on Saturday, it will ship out the following Monday.

We offer a variety of shipping options with varying speeds (all listed at checkout). If your order is over $75 then you qualify for Free US Shipping also made via UPS. After the packages are shipped out, they are out of our hands and cannot be cancelled. 

You will receive a tracking code in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow 1 - 3 days for the UPS system to update the tracking code if it doesn't show up immediately. We are not responsible for delays in the UPS tracking system. Obsession Shapewear is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to uncontrollable events or UPS or USPS errors.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


We currently offer two options for international shipping: Standard DHL Worldwide which takes about 2 to 3 weeks and Expedited FedEx Worldwide which takes about 2 to 5 days. Orders are generally shipped out the day after the order was placed. The warehouse does not work on Sundays, so if your order was made on Saturday, it will ship out the following Monday.

You will receive a tracking code in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow 1 - 3 days for the UPS system to update the tracking code if it doesn't show up immediately. We are not responsible for delays in the UPS tracking system. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN GOODS


We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered to the customer's address UNLESS you have purchased Certified Shipping Protection at checkout in which case you can email support to file a claim and get a replacement sent to you at no extra cost. If an address was entered incorrectly at checkout, it is up to the customer to inform the customer service team before the order has shipped out.
