Refund policy
US EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We accept EXCHANGES within 30 days of delivery. We will pay for the shipping costs going both ways for up to 3 items, so you won't pay a dime when you process an exchange with us. If you need to exchange 4+ items you will need to pay for the shipping costs going both ways. In order to be considered for an exchange, the leggings must be in brand-new condition and still have the original tag that was attached to it when it was shipped to you. If the leggings appear to be used or the tag is ripped off, then the leggings are no longer eligible for an exchange. We will only supply a return shipping label once (both ways), so if you need a second exchange, you will pay for that shipping both ways. Please note, we do not offer exchanges for different colors, only for different sizes.
We accept RETURNS within 30 days of delivery. We will email you a return label to attach to the return package. In order to be considered for a return and refund, the leggings must be in brand-new condition and still have the original tag that was attached to it when it was shipped to you. If the leggings appear to be used or the tag is ripped off, then the leggings are no longer eligible for a return or refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable with returns. We are firm on these policies.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your return. Given that the leggings adhere to the policies stated above, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 - 7 business days. The original shipping costs and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund that will be issued.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We accept EXCHANGES within 14 days of delivery. The customer will pay for the full shipping costs to send the original pair/s back to our warehouse. Once we receive them, we will process the exchange and ship out the correct size for free via DHL (2 - 3 week shipping time). You will only pay for shipping the leggings back to us and we will handle the rest. In order to be considered for an exchange, the leggings must be in brand-new condition and still have the original tag that was attached to it when it was shipped to you. If the leggings appear to be used or the tag is ripped off, then the leggings are no longer eligible for an exchange. Please note, we do not offer exchanges for different colors, only for different sizes.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Orders made later in the day are generally shipped out the day after the order was placed. Please keep that in mind when choosing Overnight Shipping. After the packages are shipped they are out of our hands and cannot be cancelled.
